Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order, provided it hasn’t been shipped yet. Please contact our support team as soon as possible at info@ganteofficial.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

If your order has already been shipped, you can still take advantage of our 30-day refund policy. Once you receive the item, you can return it for a refund or exchange, as long as it meets our return conditions.

What about duties and taxes?

At GANTÉ, we believe in transparency and simplicity. All duties, taxes, and import fees are included in the price of your purchase. You won’t encounter any unexpected charges upon delivery.

What you see at checkout is the final price—no hidden fees or surprises.

What is the shipping policy?

At GANTÉ, we offer free shipping on all orders, ensuring a seamless and cost-effective shopping experience.

Order Confirmation & Fulfillment

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Our team typically processes orders within 1-2 business days.

Shipping & Delivery Times

After your order is processed, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country:

  • Benelux: 2-4 business days
  • EU: 3-5 business days

Please note that delivery times may occasionally vary due to customs or unforeseen shipping delays.

Do you ship overseas?

Currently, we ship to all countries within Europe and the United Kingdom. While we don’t yet offer shipping outside these regions, we’re actively working on expanding our delivery network to include the United States and other international destinations in the near future.
