Lifetime Warranty

At GANTÉ, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality and ensuring your satisfaction. That’s why we offer a Lifetime Warranty for our jewelry. If your GANTÉ jewelry tarnishes, fades, or accidentally breaks, we’ll replace it for you. Simply email a photo of the item along with your order number to info@ganteofficial.com—no explanation needed. We’ll promptly process a replacement or provide store credit.

Please note, the Lifetime Warranty applies exclusively to jewelry and does not cover watches. Additionally, we cannot replace items that are lost, stolen, intentionally damaged, or damaged by someone else. We retain the right to decide whether or not you are covered by our Lifetime Warranty based on the situation.

 

WATCHES

All GANTÉ watches come with a 2-year warranty starting from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues, including defects in the movement, hands, and dial.

The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear, such as scratches or discoloration.

Claim Process:

To file a warranty claim, please provide proof of purchase and contact GANTÉ customer support at info@ganteofficial.com.

If the issue is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace your watch at no additional cost.

Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Cosmetic issues such as scratches, dents, or discoloration due to normal wear.
  • Batteries, straps, and other accessories.
